Silvia Venturini Fendi, the artistic director of accessories and menswear, curated the Autumn/Winter 2025 collection, marking a significant moment as she designed womenswear following Kim Jones’ departure. The show commenced with a personal touch: her seven-year-old grandsons, Dardo and Tazio Delettrez Fendi, opened the grand doors, paying homage to the family’s legacy.

The collection drew inspiration from Fendi’s storied past, featuring luxurious materials and intricate designs reminiscent of the 1960s and 1970s. Notable pieces included shearling coats crafted to mimic traditional furs through advanced techniques, and garments adorned with crystals, paillettes, chantilly lace, and pleated taffeta, reflecting the brand’s commitment to exquisite craftsmanship.

The runway was graced by esteemed models such as Yasmin Le Bon, Penelope Tree, Liya Kebede, and Eva Herzigova, underscoring Fendi’s enduring influence in the fashion industry. The front row featured prominent figures like Sarah Jessica Parker, whose portrayal of Carrie Bradshaw famously popularized Fendi’s Baguette bag.

The celebration extended beyond the runway with an after-party in Fendi’s new showroom. Guests enjoyed performances by Sean Paul and Chinese pop star Yuqi, a Fendi ambassador, adding a contemporary flair to the historic milestone.

This centennial event not only honored Fendi’s illustrious past but also set the stage for its future, highlighting the brand’s continuous evolution and enduring family legacy.
